To all of our Pomona Host Granges:
Thank
you for hosting the Pomona Grange Meeting. Here are a few suggestions
to help you to prepare for our visit.
1.
Please have available the stations, flag and emblems with the hall set up
in the regular way.
2. Child
Care: The Host grange is to secure a babysitter. Pomona will pay
$10.00 and each parent will pay $1.00 per child. You can coordinate
with the Pomona Junior Chairman for ideas on projects for the
children to do.
3. The
charge for lunch is $2.00 per person plus Pomona will provide $60.00
for the noon meal. For the July meeting, the Host grange will be
reimbursed for the cost of providing drinks. Plan on 30-40 people for the
lunch meal.

Rules for Visitations
1. One visitation per quarter.
2. Host Grange will send invitations to each Grange.
3. Pomona Lecturer will call each Subordinate Grange
Lecturer to see who will help with the program.
4. Potluck dinner and Meeting time will be at the normal time of the
hosting grange.
5. At the front gate, there will be a sign up sheet for the closing
and any member that wants to help with the closing may sign up for any
office. You do not have to hold the
office in your grange to sign up to do that office in the closing.
